Since July 2010 The Bullfight have begun their journey towards their third album . A few songs have been written and recorded. We are trying to squeeze some of them in our new live performances. Our second album stranger than the night has just been released last April but we have a lot of exciting ideas for a new album so we decided not to wait with our next record. We are currently aiming for a fall 2011 release. We are still a long way from completing it and since our record label Tocado Records has called it quits we are also looking for a new label and distribution. Some contact are already made so more news of the yet-untitled third album as it pours in….
We have a variety of great gigs coming up. Some of them not yet confirmed so tune in regularly. However, as you can see in the giglist, we will play Venlo (perron 55) on October 16th, Amsterdam (Paradiso) on November 2nd & Den Haag (Paardvan Troje with our friends of The Mirror Conspiracy) on November 12th. We will also play on the upcoming live in your livingroom festival this November but the exact date and location will follow. More gigs coming up, so come around now and then…
For the sake of fun we will try to upload some more pics and videos in the near future. Don’t expect any songs of our new album yet but we will post some b-sides of stranger than the night and maybe even some old stuff, accompanied by footage of us recording, rehearsing, playing live and taking endless drives to god-knows-where to perform our ballads of love and damnation to you.
